Review hardware, software, security status, and remote actions.
Select a device from the computer list to open its detail view.
Hardware and system
- BIOS and system serial numbers
- Physical CPU sockets and processor information
- Memory modules
- Disk capacity, free space, and BitLocker status
- Motherboard, graphics, and network adapters
- Operating system and logged-on users
Security status
Supported devices report antivirus and firewall status. Status history helps you review changes in security components over time.
Installed applications
The applications tab shows application name, version, and publisher. Authorized users can send a remote uninstall command when uninstall information is available.
Power actions
When the agent is online, you can send restart, shutdown, or cancel-pending-power commands. Verify the selected device before confirming an action.
BitLocker recovery keys
Recovery keys are sensitive. Revealing a key requires password confirmation and the appropriate permission, and the action is recorded in the audit log.
