Management Panel

Users and Permissions

Manage system users, two-factor authentication, and authorization groups.

System users are accounts that can sign in to the management panel. Give every user only the permissions required for their work.

User operations

  • Create users and update profile information
  • Send password-reset links
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Add users to authorization groups
  • Review sign-in and audit records

Authorization groups

Authorization groups make it easier to assign permissions to sets of users. For example, an inventory viewer can be separated from administrators who can start remote sessions or reveal BitLocker keys.

Principle of least privilege

Grant remote access, application removal, power action, and BitLocker key permissions only to accounts that genuinely require them.
