Quick Start
The essential steps for getting started with ayaRemote.
This guide covers the basic flow from signing in to adding your first Windows device to ayaRemote.
1. Sign in to your account
Open the ayaRemote management panel and sign in with the email address and password you chose during registration.
2. Prepare the agent installer
Download the agent package assigned to your organization from the deployment area in the management panel. Run it only on Windows devices you manage.
3. Install the agent as an administrator
Run the installer with administrator privileges. When installation finishes,
the ayaServices Windows service is created and started.
4. Verify the device
Open Computers in the management panel. It may take a short time for the new device to appear and for the agent status to become online.
